What I Read in February

I didn't set out to read a whole lot during February but I'm proud of myself for reading a full four books over the first two weeks! I ended up getting into a bit of a reading slump, but I did start a fifth book.

An Eye For An Eye, Alex R Carver
Book two of the Inspector Stone series and I loved it just as much as the first! I'll have a full review of the series up when I've read them all, but so far I highly recommend!

Hygge; Discovering The Danish Art of Happiness, Olivia Telford
This was easily the least interesting book I read this month. Hygge was such a big thing in the blogging world a couple years ago, I thought it was finally time I see what it's all about. I don't know if I just read the wrong book but it really wasn't as interesting as I thought it would be!

#NoFilter, Maxine Morrey
I honestly thought I wasn't going to be able to get into this book. Libby was really irritating to start with, but with the help of some music from Lucy Turns Pages read with me video, I was able to focus and get into the story. I ended up totally hooked and fell in love with Libby and Charlie. Although she did seem to repeat the same thing a lot, which got a bit tiresome.

Introduction to Weight Loss Psychology for Women, Felicia Urban
I had skimmed through a few different weight loss books, but this was the only one that kept my interest! There were some really good points and was definitely insightful. There were also a few amazing affirmations that I made a note of.

The No-Spend Challenge Guide, Jen Smith
I expected this to be full of the usual, generic fluff that most "no-spend" things I read are full of, but this one was actually really insightful! It's also inspired some changes to my own spending ban.

Definitely read some different books this month! I really dived deep into the self-help section of Amazon/Kindle Unlimited.

Until next time,
Saph x
