I didn't really expect to be writing this post already but it has now been nearly two weeks since I started my new workout plan! I haven't kept to it perfectly but I'm definitely exercising much more consistently than I have in the past. It's all still hard, the yoga especially kills me, but I'm able to walk further and at a faster pace these days!
I have also changed my diet! I decided to start incorporating more vegetarian and vegan meals into my diet when I started my new plan and I'm very happy to say that I have had more meat-free days at this point than I expected! I'm starting to think that going back to being vegetarian may be easier than I thought it would be. I was vegetarian for about two years, but then started eating meat again during pregnancy - it was the only thing that stopped me fainting! After nearly four full years of being a meat-eater again, it feels really good to be swapping meat out for my veggie food!
