Beltane & Ways to Celebrate

It's nearly time for my second Sabbat celebration! Beltane - otherwise known as May Day - is typically celebrated from the evening of April 30th to the day of May 1st.

Beltane is celebrated because we're now at the peak of Spring, and will soon be welcoming Summer. Beltane represents sexuality, fertility and birth and the "eternal cycle of sacrifice and rebirth needed for the continuation of life."

Why I Started a Bookstagram

I've always had a love-hate relationship with Instagram. When I first started it, I would post everything and anything, and it was fine. Then I started blogging and it became a competition to see who could post the best photo and get the most likes. I never won.

5 Things I'm Loving in Isolation

I saw this post 10 Things I've Loved During Isolation by Kayleigh Zara earlier in the week, and I thought it was so nice to think about the positives of the situation, that I wanted to share mine as well! I didn't quite manage ten mind you, but some is better than none! Plus, I could always write another list if more comes to mind.

What I Read in March

I got so much reading done in March! I was expecting my usual two books, so I'm really happy I got through three books.

April TBR

Another month, another three books to read! I'm loving having a set amount of books to read each month, if I can keep it up, I should smash my 2020 reading goal in no time at all!
