World Mental Health Day

It's World Mental Health day today! As someone who does suffer with depression and anxiety, this is an important day for me. I feel like it's giving me permission to just relax, and I love that it's fallen on my day off this year.

I do feel like I've been constantly on the go lately! But in all the wrong ways. I do feel like I've been putting my friends first a lot lately. Which isn't a bad thing in itself, but when I'm on the phone to them every day for up to four hours at a time, other things in my life are getting ignored. 



So today, is all about me. I'm turning off my phone, I'm going to get on top of the housework, have a nice shower with all my favourite products, get a cute outfit on and then just chill before the school run. I'm also going to make a lovely dinner for us all - not sure what yet though - and spend some quality time with my boys playing Uno.
