I've sorted my goals for the year, now it's time to plan my goals for January!
Update my Provisional Licence
My photo on my provisional runs out next month so this month I need to get myself a nice new photo done and get it updated.
Schedule something Fun with Friends and/or Family
I've got a week off mid-January and I've love to schedule something fun to do so I don't spend the whole week grieving! I booked the week off as it's the seventh anniversary of my dads passing. I usually only book the day off but I really struggled for over a week last year, so it seemed sensible to book the week leading up to it as annual leave.
Keep up with my New Habits
I've created some new habits for myself and after seeing a recommendation on Twitter, I'm using the HabitShare app to keep track of them. I began using it the last two weeks of December to try and get into the habit of using it/keeping up with them. I haven't been doing brilliantly but it's easier to keep updated than in my journal.
My new habits are
- 1 bottle of water a day
- 1 multivitamin a day
- 1 mile walk a day
I chose a mile walk as I walk about a mile to work when I get the train, and I have a nice walk right by my house that is roughly a mile.
