May Goals

This month I'm cracking down on my health and fitness. I've laid out a plan, I've got a friend to keep me motivated and I'm going to make it the main thing I focus on this month.




My Plan

- keep a food diary
- start having my protein shakes again
- drink 1 litre of water/squash a day
- take vitamins
- do between 7,000-10,000 steps a day
- use my fitness Instagram again

Home Improvement 
May is also the month for finally redecorating our bedroom! We're tearing down the wardrobes and Josh is custom building a new one for us. Once that's up, the plan is to paint, swap the curtains for blinds and then we can focus on the little details. I'm so excited, I'm fully in charge for this room and I can't wait to get started.
