Self Care Everyday

As someone with mental health issues, self care is extremely important to me. Thinking back on my first bout of depression in my late teens, it's incredible to see how I cope now. I spent months alone, in my bed, asleep all day and awake all night. It was a dreadful time for myself and my family. Now, as an adult, I've developed ways to get through my low days.

Why I No Longer Use Instagram

I have officially been off Instagram for over a month now. Give or take. Unfortunately I can't remember when exactly and I no longer have the last image I posted, but we'll say about a month. I feel so much better for it.

As you may know, I am working on my minimalism journey again in 2021, and part of that journey is to curb my unnecessary spending. Admittedly it's been harder than I imagined so far, as I have already spent just under £50 - not including what I have spent on necessary items. Oops.

Diary Entry #13 | Primary School Worries

I have officially applied for primary school places for Charlie this year. I can't believe it's come around so quickly. How the hell am I going to have a four year old in school this September?! It's genuinely terrifying.
