February Goals

It's finally February! January lasted forever and I'm so glad it's done, it wasn't a great month. 

Build a better Routine

My main goal for this year is to build a good routine and stick to it. I started the month so motivated and very quickly gave up on it so before January ended, I made a point of listing everything I want to fit in to my days, weeks and months, made a calendar on Google Sheets (colour co-ordinated of course) and filled it all out. Fingers crossed it keeps me motivated!

Go for Regular Walks

I have been really slacking with my walking lately. The most walking I do is when I get the bus to work, which is only twice every other week. I need to spend less time watching TV and TikTok and more time walking!

Lift Weights

I have lost so much strength since coming out of domiciliary care and I miss it! I want to start doing 30 minute strength training twice a week this month.

Read One Book

I didn't even attempt to read a book in January so I'm behind schedule now! I've made sure to pencil in reading time in my schedule, so fingers crossed I can stick to it and get reading!
